Programming

Consults with the client to develop the applicable requirements of the project and studies the feasibility of meeting the requirements within the constraints of the owner’s budget and the space allocated for the project.

Schematic Design

Diagrams showing general functional relationships and preliminary space allocation showing partitions, furnishings, and other elements. Sketches and photos establish the design concept of the project including materials, finishes, and furniture.

Design Development

Detailed plans showing partition and door locations, furniture and fixture layout, lighting. Client approval of drawings, renderings, sample selections, and furniture selections. Outline of construction specifications may also be developed.

Contract Documents

Detailed drawings, specifications, and other documents required for constructed and tendering are prepared. The furniture and other decorative items will be selected, previewed, and ordered.

Project Management

Management of all trades to ensure the work is being completed as specified in the contract documents. Every detail is checked without compromise.

Final Inspection

Assist the owner in assessing any outstanding issues and final approval of the project.
